Payment
All prices shown are in UK £ (Sterling), they include UK excise duty & UK VAT at the rate which shall be applicable at the time of order. All goods must be paid for before dispatch. Payment may be made using our secure server by Switch/debits cards, Visa or MasterCard.
Despatch
Items purchased from this website will only be despatched after satisfactory authorisation of the payment method. The following despatch & delivery charges will be added to the final total price of each complete order.

Delivery
Goods should arrive between 10 to14 days from the date of order or payment authorisation, whichever is the latter. However we accept that you will be eager to receive your goods at the earliest opportunity and will endeavour to get your purchased items to you much quicker.
All deliveries will be sent Via the Royal Mail "Special Delivery" service. This will require a signature to acknowledge delivery. The signature of the person accepting delivery at the delivery address or Royal Mail collection office will be proof that you have received the delivery and that "Style-Line" have completed their part of the contract and are no longer responsible for the delivery of your item or items. We cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage or late delivery which is beyond our control.
Should any item be out of stock, we will attempt to get it to you as soon as possible. Should this be the case we will Email you with an anticipated date when we will be able to despatch the item in question. If you would rather not wait, you will have the option to cancel your order.

Confirmation
A confirmation Email will be sent to you as your order is being processed.
Security
To process your credit/debit card transaction, your card details are processed using the most secure encrypted format approved by inter-bank standards.
Returns
We pride ourselves on providing high quality goods at realistic prices. As our customer your satisfaction is our first priority. If you are not satisfied with the item or items purchased from our website for any reason, we are pleased to offer an exchange, credit or refund on your purchase (Minus despatch & delivery costs). The item must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt; it must be unworn, in a pristine and re-saleable condition with its original packaging and all relevant receipts and documentation. This offer does not include any personalised items, special orders, handmade items or engraved items. For hygiene reasons we are not able to accept the return of any item of jewellery designed to fit any body piercing.
The above provisions do not affect your statutory rights under the consumer protection regulations relating to faulty or mis-described goods, or your right to cancel orders. Further details of your statutory rights are available from Trading Standards or the Citizens Advice Bureau.
Should you decide to return any item to us, you must notify us immediately by Email at chris@style-line.co.uk or in writing to the business address. It is a legal requirement for you to take good care of the item or items. You must return the item or items to us by Royal Mail special delivery within 7 days following the days on which you received the item. It must be securely packaged and sent at your own expense to our business address. We insist that you adequately insure the item or items for their return to us. Damaged items will not be accepted.
We will replace credit or refund the cost of the item in full, less any despatch and delivery charge within 30 days following the day on which we receive notification in writing of the cancellation from you.
Cancellation
You have the right to cancel the order. Should you wish to cancel the order, before or after the item or items are despatched, please contact us immediately by Email at chris@style-line.co.uk or by telephone on 01325 369 444.
If however the item or items have already been despatched please return the item as described in the returns section.
Faulty goods
We make every effort to ensure that any item sent to you is despatched in a pristine condition. A digital photograph is taken of each item prior to posting. In the unlikely event that you receive faulty goods please Email us at chris@style-line.co.uk immediately to allow us to send a replacement to you.
Privacy Statement
We are committed to protect your privacy. Therefore we will use any information we collect about you lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and the Web trader code of practice.
We will only collect information for two reasons: (A) to process your order (B) to give you the best possible service.
The information we collect will consist of: Your name address & telephone number, Email address and Credit/debit card details.
We will not collect or hold sensitive information without your explicit written consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. Should you wish to check the information we hold about you this can be done via Email. If you should find any information inaccurate or out of date we will either correct or delete it immediately.
The information we hold will be kept secure in accordance with our business internal security policy and the law.
We will not send unnecessary Emails to you and will give you the opportunity to refuse any of our marketing Emails.
